This page explains what information the Melis website collects, why, and the choices you have. In short: we don't ask you for personal details here, and analytics cookies only run if you say yes.

What we collect
- Nothing you type in. This site has no forms, accounts or shop, so we don't collect your name, address or payment details here.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived server logs, such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to run the site securely and fix problems.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept cookies, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visit and which pages they use. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you.

Why we can use it
Under UK data protection law, we run the site and keep it secure because we have a legitimate interest in doing so. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Google, which provides Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies). Google may process data outside the UK under its own safeguards.
We don't sell your information.
